PROBLEM:
John Houston came to us because they were encountering multiple issues with construction lock management as well as problems with trim subcontractors programming digital locks. Hardware was being misplaced, construction lock keys were being lost, and digital locks were constantly having to be reprogrammed. This was costing the construction company a lot of time and money.
SOLUTION:
Not only did we take over the full installation of hardware for each new-build home, we also implemented a secure process and key management system to ensure hardware, keys, and codes are never lost. We handle the entire process from planning and procurement to installation, key system management, and ongoing support. We were able to take wholesale distributors and trim subcontractors out of the equation so that John Houston Homes has one company to handle it all. Lost hardware and keys are a problem of the past and all new construction homes are properly secured throughout the construction process.
